Gates open at 3:00 PM
Car Show registration 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Trophies @ 8PM)
FIREWORKS 9PM
PETS ALLOWED - FREE PARKING WITH ADMISSION
Bring the whole family to celebrate the Independence Holiday at the fairgrounds.
This Charity Festival will have a Car Show, Kid Zone with
Inflatables, Mechanical Bulls, Exhibitors, Arts and Crafts Vendors and more.
Hang out and enjoy libations on the lawn with beer, wine, mixed drinks and a variety of food truck options all day.
Bring your dancing shoes and join in the fun of line dancing, live entertainment and DJ!

THIS CHARITY FESTIVAL IS A FOOD BANK DRIVE
HELP US REACH OUR GOAL OF 1,000 POUNDS OF DONATED FOOD COLLECTED!
Visitors “hungry to help” can bring non-perishable items for the food bank drive and be entered in a raffle for a chance to win prizes!
Alternate food donation drop-off is at the Powhatan Sheriff office, in the back.
Most Needed Items
Anything you give is so very much appreciated. Low salt and low sugar items are especially needed. Please no glass containers (they break easily).

- Canned Proteins
- Canned Soup and Vegetables
- Canned Fruits
- Tomato Products
- Beans and Lentils
- Cereal (hot or cold)
- Pasta, Rice and Whole Grains
- Healthy Snacks, Dried Fruits and Nuts
- Condiments, Oils, Spices
Child Friendly Food Items
Child friendly foods; non-perishable, easy to open, and no preparation needed. Please no glass containers (they break easily).

- Fruit snacks
- Single servings of macaroni & cheese
- Granola bars
- Single-serving size cereals
- Cheese crackers or sandwich crackers
- Instant oatmeal (single-serving packets)
- Peanut Butter
- Applesauce cups/pouches
- Veggie straws/Chips

Food and Fun
A variety of popular mobile food trucks and street vendors will feature their prime eats… buy a taste or buy a meal!
Among your choices? BBQ, chicken wings, hot dogs, soul food, seafood—even veggie options.
Also, shoppers will be tempted by vendors displaying jewelry, arts and crafts and other kinds of merchandise.
Everyone is welcome….bring your kids, your friends, a lawn blanket and enjoy the good music, food and fun!

What can I bring to the concert?
Chairs and blankets are strongly encouraged.
This event is rain or shine. TENTS ARE ALLOWED!
No outside food or alcohol. There will be food trucks and alcohol for purchase from a variety of vendors.
Viewing Spots for Fireworks
You may not pull over on major roads or park in non-designated areas during the show.
Parking
Free parking with admission onsite at the Fairgrounds all day. Parking on property across from the fairground is prohibited.
What if it rains?
Rain or shine! TENTS ARE ALLOWED!
In the event of severe weather, the show may be cancelled or postponed.
